Whey protein powder-1 scoop
Broken wheat/ lapsi-30 g raw Wash and pressure cook /boil adding a pinch of salt
Fruit and nuts - optional
Cinnamon powder or nutmeg powder- optional
Wash and cook(pressure cook )broken wheat with a pinch of salt.Cool it .
Make a paste of whey protein powder adding water slowly ( It should be like chocolate sauce or flowing custard consistency)
In a bowl arrange alternate layers of boiled broken wheat and whey
Add chopped fruits and nuts ( optional) Sprinkle cinnamon powder if you like
Refrigerate and enjoyyyy!
