Whey protein ( caffe latte flavour ) - 1 scoop Almond - 25 Grams Soya chunks - 30 Grams 2 cardamom pod 1 teaspoon ghee 2 Tablespoon - Milk
Dry roast soya chunk, Almond and before switching off the gas add whey powder toss it and switch off and allow the ingredient to cool down Grind them into a coarse powder along with Cardamon pods. Transfer to a plate add one teaspoon of ghee and sprinkle warm milk and make ladoos :-)
