Paneer 80g Onion Green Chilli Coriander leaves Salt Dry mango powder Garam Masala Ajwain Ghee for roasting Whole wheat flour for making dough
Take whole wheat flour add tsp salt and water and knead a semi firm dough. . Take homemade full fat paneer and add salt. . Chop onion , green chilli tablespoon coriander leaves. . Mix everything with crumbled paneer including ajwain seeds( tsp) garam masala ( / tsp) dry mango powder ( tsp) . Roll out a roti and fill the paneer in the centre , fold it like a round dumpling and roll again. . On a hot tawa add the paratha , add ghee/olive oil, and roast till red on both sides on medium flame. . Eat with curd, for extra protein or green coriander chutney, avoid pickles as it would add extra unwanted calories.
