Grate carrot in a bowl, add water/ milk and cook it in microwave for minutes on medium. . Crush weetbix in a bowl, add cooked carrot, nutmeg & sweetener of your choice and mix it well. . Add more water/ milk if needed. . In another bowl mix whey and Greek yogurt till its even. . Pour yogurt and whey mixture on weetbix garnish with walnuts. . Store in fridge or enjoy right away.
