Veggies 250gm

Spinach 100gm

Oil 10gm

Method

Step 1

Take a cooker.

Step 2

Cut all the veggies and saute them in some oil.

Step 3

Add spices.

Step 4

Put gm of rice and saute that a little.

Step 5

Add water and pressure cook for whistle.

Step 6

Your vegetable tehri is ready.

Step 7

You can serve it with some more green leafy vegetables. (cut and saute in some oil and it's done)

Step 8

You can also have some curd with it.
