Oat flour, water, spinach ,coriander, green chillies,carrot , salt, olive oil
Take a bowl, add all ingredients in it. . Add cup of water in the bowl. .Mix it well to form a batter of dropping consistency. . Heat the non stick griddle with / tbsp olive oil. .Pour a spoonful of batter in a circular motion. . Cook it until it turns light brown at both the sides. . Serve the vegetable pancakes with curd raita or mint chutney.
