40 g Rice (Brown / White)
40 g Brown chana (Brown chickpeas)
100 g Greek yogurt
Onion- 1
Tomato-1
Capsicum- half
Red chilli, Turmeric, Pulao masala
10 g ghee
Cook chana in pressure cooker for whistle add salt and hing while cooking
Cook rice in another open vessel. It should be ready in mins side by side.
Take a Kadai and add Onion, tomato and calcium plus all the spices mentioned in my recipe.
Now add boiled chana and rice at last and let it cook for another mins and then garnish with coriander. Enjoy this delicious meal. Let me know if you prepare it this week.🤝
