Soya Chunk: 50gm
Tofu: 50gm
Veggies: Tomato-50gm, Onion-50gm, Spinach-100gm, Green Chilli
Oil/Ghee: 10gm
Soak Soya Chunk, Paneer, Tofu in hot salted water for mins.
Grind Squeezed Soya chunk, Paneer and Tofu in Mixer (Called: Bhurji)
Chop or Grind Green Chilli, Onion, Tomato and Spinach in Mixer (Called: Veg mixer)
Put oil in Kadhai for mins
Add Cummins (Jira) then add “Veg Mixer” from Step along with Masala as per your choice (salt, Black pepper, Maggie masala etc.) and cook for - mins
Add “Bhurji” from Step and cook for - mins.
