Ingredients - For the base-: 40 grams whole wheat 30 grams curd Baking powder 1/4th tsp baking soda a pinch Salt Pinch of sugar for reaction Pizza sauce-: 2 tomatoes blanched in hot water for 2 minutes and then peeled, Garlic, Butter/oil 10gms Pizza seasonings fresh herbs Kashmiri red chilli powder Salt Black pepper Toppings-: 50 gram paneer 50 gram cheese Sliced capsicum Sliced onion 2-3 cloves of sliced garlic Seasonings

Method

Step 1

RECIPE- Take whole wheat flour, curd, baking soda, baking powder, salt and a pinch of sugar and create a semi soft dough. Rest it for minutes and in the meanwhile, make the sauce. For the sauce, heat up oil or butter in a pan and add - cloves of garlic. Let it brown and add the previously blanched and peeled tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, kashmiri red chilli powder. Saute till it becomes jammy consistency. Blend to make a smooth paste. Once blended, season again with pizza seasonings. Keep it aside. Now roll the dough in the shape you like, poke small holes with a fork so that it doesn't rise. Apply the sauce generously, top it with the chopped veggies, paneer and lastly grated mozzarella cheese. Use leftover butter and place it at random places on the pizza for extra glaze. Bake at degree Celsius for - minutes. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
