Mock soya fish (vegan) - 75 grams
Spices - Chinese masala (no sause used)

Oil - 10 grams
Boil rice in open vessel for about - mins or until it is % cooked. Make sure to keep rice grain little firm that you usually prepare.
In another pan Sauté all the vegetables of your choice, here I’ve used green peas, carrot, cabbage, zucchini, spring onion for about - mins.
Now remove veggies and add tofu, mock soya fish to the pan and keep it until golden brown, cooked.
Lastly add Chinese masala on top of Cooked rice, veggeie and tofu mixture and mix it well
Garnish this dish with spring onion and more masala (which is optional)
