White peas - 30 gm Onion ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp Oil - 1 tbsp Salt and spices as per taste Salad -40 gm carrot and 30 gm onion White rice cooked - 100gm with turmeric and a tsp ghee.
In a cooker, add oil and when hot , add onion ginger garlic paste and saute. Add spices and salt. After mins, add overnight soaked white peas. Stir it well and add cup water. Close the pressure cooker and cook for whistles on high flame. Add coriander leaves if needed.
