Cow toned milk 250gm
Skimmed milk powder 10gm
Vanilla custard powder 5gm
Nuts 5gm
Apple/pomegranate 30gm
Stevia few drops
Vanilla essence 1-2 drops
In a pan, boil milk in low flame.
In a bowl, mix skimmed milk powder and custard powder in little milk. Add this mixture in the boiled milk.
Add vanilla drops. Reduce the milk to half and remove from flame.
Once the milk comes to room temperature, add stevia drop and the whey protein. Ensure no lumps are formed.
Now add the nuts and fruits and serve. Else you can also put in fridge to cool down and enjoy!
