Eggs - 3 Chicken Sausage - 80g Capsicum red, yellow and green mix - 60g Onion - 50g Tomato - 50g Butter - 5g Pasta/Pizza sauceVeeba - 12g Amul cheese cube - 1
Start with dicing capsicums, onion and tomato in round. . Take a non-stick pan and add very little butter to it now cook you sausage for just minute. . Whisk the eggs well with some salt and pepper for taste and added it to the same pan, cover and cook for min. . Now spread the pizza sauce across the egg. . Cut the sausage in small round pieces and add on top of the omlette. . Grate the cheese and spread across the omelette on top of sausages. . Now add capsicums, onion and Tomatoes on top .
