Ingredients (1 wrap): • Roti: 1 medium ( 50% nachni flour + 50% wheat flour) • Tofu: 50 g, crumbled • Turmeric: ¼ tsp • Salt & red chilli powder: to taste • Onion: ¼ medium (chopped, mixed into curd dressing) • Avocado: 3–4 small cubes (~20 g) • Mixed sautéed veggies (capsicum, bell peppers etc.): ~40 gm • Curd: 2 tbsp (30 g) • Schewan sauce: ½ tsp • Fresh coriander leaves:
Method: . In a pan, heat a little oil spray/ghee and sauté crumbled tofu with turmeric, salt, and chilli powder for – minutes. . Lightly sauté veggies until tender-crisp. . mix curd with chopped onion, coriander, and a little schewan sauce to make the dressing. . Warm the nachni-wheat roti, spread tofu, add sautéed veggies, avocado pieces, and drizzle the curd dressing. . Roll into a wrap with lettuce leaves and serve immediately
