Ingredients 100 g tofu (cubed) 1 cheese slice 50 ml milk 5 ml olive oil 150 g mixed veggies (I used bell peppers, zucchini, and carrot) 1 onion, chopped 2–3 garlic cloves, chopped 40 g rice (cooked) 50 ml water Seasonings of choice + salt & pepper
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add the mixed veggies and cook for – minutes until slightly tender. Add tofu cubes and mix well. Pour in the milk, cheese slice, and ml water. Stir until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and any herbs/spices of your choice. Serve hot with rice. It turns out super tasty, creamy, and wholesome!
