Marinate tofu with salt, black pepper and dried mixed herbs as per taste.
In a pan, add butter and once heated add the chopped bell pepper, mushrooms and zucchini in se order
Now add the marinated tofu and Tabasco sauce.
Adjust salt and pepper. Cook covered for a few mins and serve hot.
