1-2 small garlic as per taste and preference Peri peri masala/ chilli powder Oregano/ Mixed herbs Salt to taste Drizzle of water
Take firm Tofu, wash it well and squeeze water. Crumble the tofu lightly with hands and put it in a blender. Add - garlic ( can be skipped too) raw cashews, peri peri masala, oregano and mixed herbs, salt. Add little water (around - small spoon) and blend well to make a hummus like consistency. Your yummy Tofu spread is ready. East it on top of toast or make it a dip for your salads. This is the best and the tastiest tofu dish. Try it now and thank me later ๐
