Tofu 100 Wheat flour 40 Ghee 5 GM Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp Onion 20 GM chopped Ajwain Salt Chilly flex Turmeric Chat masala Coriander leaf chopped
Heat the pan and sauté onion ,crushed tofu ,salt with spices for - minutes and keep aside this tofu masala.. Make a smooth dough with wheat flour and water.. Roll the dough ball like roti, spread schezwan sauce on it, spread ajwain and tofu masala on it, fold it from all the corners, make a stuffed paratha ball.. Roll it into paratha and put it on hot griddle/ tawa.. Roast it from both side applying ghee.. with this amount you will get medium size paratha, enjoy it with chatni or raita..
