Low fat milk 200ml
Soft Tofu 125g
Dates 15g
Stevia 4g
Elaichi powder 1g
Boil milk in a pan, then add finely crushed tofu, dates, cardamom powder in the same pan and bring to a boil.
Now take off the flame and add Sugarfree Stevia.
Serve hot or chilled.
