Low fat milk 200ml

Soft Tofu 125g

Dates 15g

Stevia 4g

Elaichi powder 1g

Method

Step 1

Boil milk in a pan, then add finely crushed tofu, dates, cardamom powder in the same pan and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Now take off the flame and add Sugarfree Stevia.

Step 3

Serve hot or chilled.

Step 4

Note: (You can add dry fruits to your taste acc to your macros.Use normal fat milk if you are not on a restrictive calorie deficit diet)
