Tofu -200g cut into three thin slices like bread
Aachi 65 masala -1/2tsp
Chilli powder,pepper powder,saunf powder -1/2tsp each
Olive oil -5gm,garlic pods -2crushed
Salt as required
Step - take a non stick pan add oil add garlic saute sec and all masala powder and tsp water and stir in low flame for a minute untill water is evaporated.
Step - now add tofu keep turning every sec on each side and saute it for about mins and have it as a spicy healthy snack .
