Firm Tofu - 200 gms ( I baked it in oven with some salt and pepper for 10 mins at 400°F ). You can air fry them too.
Ghee / Oil - 7 gms
Rice - 50 gms
Chopped Veggies - 150 gms
Ching's fried rice masala - 9 gms
Heat oil in pan, add chopped garlic and onions. Saute.
Add veggies of your choice.
Add baked tofu, chopped up into small cubes. Saute well. Add fried rice spice mix powder (I have used china's fried rice mix about gms ). Close lid and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add cooked rice and mix well. Adjust salt as per your salt. Enjoy.
