50 gm Rice ( cook rice before hand) 85 gm Tofu cut in cubes One small red capsicum cut in cubes Cabbage chopped Cut in small pieces One small onion finely chopped. Garlic n Ginger according to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder Tomato puree 10 gm Coconut Oil 10 gms Two sweet pepper
Heat a non stick pan, add oil and tofu. Stir fry tofu for few mins. Remove and keep aside. In the same pan add ginger, garlic, and all the chopped vegetables. Cook it for few mins, add tomato purée, tofu, boiled rice, salt and pepper. Can add green chilli according to your taste. Serve hot with curd! Enjoy!
