Tofu 100 gm Besan/mung dal flour 25 gm Rice flour/ any other binders 15 gm Oil 5 gm( optional) Curd 30 gm Onion chopped 1/2 half ( 20 gm) Capsicum 1/4 th Coriander leaf Green chili chopped Salt Paper Chat masala Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
Put Tofu, Curd, Besan, Rice flour, salt , spices, garlic ginger paste and water in the mixer jar .. Make a smooth paste/ batter for chila.. Give it a rest for minutes after mixing chopped onion, capsicum, green chills and coriander leaf in the paste.. Heat the nonstick pan , brush/ spray oil(optional) , spread the batter like chila.. Flip it after - min and cook both sides Enjoy it with coriander chatni or ketchup..
