100 grams silken or regular Tofu
20 grams mozrella cheese
2 sourdough slice almost 45 grams
5 grams butter
1 tomato
Salt , pepper , oregano and chilli flakes as per taste.
1/2 tea spoon ketch up and soya sauce.
2-3 grams white sesame seeds
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on a hot pan and sauté some tofu and toss it in some soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
Now toast the sourdough and layer it up with tossed tofu, grilled tomato , mozrella cheese with some oregano and chilli flakes.
Enjoy it with a cup of soup or coffee.
