100 grams tofu

1 cup chopped cabbage and carrots

5 grams coconut oil

Green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric as per taste

Method

Step 1

Heat the oil add cumin seeds once crackles add chillies, turmeric and chopped carrots and cabbage sauté for / minutes then add chopped tofu add bit of water cover it for mins once cooked season it with salt. Serve with rice or roti
