Banana- 120g
Oats - 30g
Coffee powder/espresso- 1.5g
Paneer/cottage cheese- 80g
Curd /yogurt - 150g
Unflavoured whey - 35g
Vanilla extract - 2 -3 drops
Lukewarm water - 20ml
Cocoa powder- 5g
Zero calorie sweetener- as per your taste
Mash banana with the help of fork and add oats to mixing it nicely
Add coffee powder to the lukewarm warm water and add it to oats-banana and mix it well.
In a separate bowl, add churned paneer (grind it in the mixer), curd , whey powder and sweetener and mix all together until creamy and smooth.
Pour the curd-paneer mixture over coffee oats bowl and tap it to remove air bubbles and layer it with fork
Garnish by dusting cocoa powder and refrigerate overnight or atleast for - hours prior to serving
