100gm Greek yogurt
30gm whey
10gm coffee powder
2gm cacao powder
Bake bread slices in oven until crisp.
In another bowl prepare mixture of greek yogurt and whey. Combine it until smooth without lumps. Add sweetener if needed as per your taste.
Make a coffee shot in a plate.
Soak bread slices in coffee shot until its fully covered. Do not soak longer else it will start to break.
Put it carefully in serving bowl.
Put layer of green yogurt on first bread slice.
Follow same process for second bread slice.
Use a sieve to dress cake with coffee and cacao powder.
Place it in fridge for minutes and enjoy.
