Sauce 30 gm

Method

Step 1

Cut the jack fruit into fat pieces. Put these pieces in a cooker, add / glass of water and / tsp salt in the cooker and boil till whistle goes off. Open the cooker and drain all the water, do remove the skin from the jack fruit's seed. Mash the jack fruit, peel the potatoes and mash them as well. Mix potatoes, jack fruit, arrowroot, salt, coriander powder, ginger and green coriander properly. The mixture needed for making cutlets is ready.

Spread the sauces on your toasted bread and place your tikki and egg.
