60ml low fat milk
10g butter/oil
60g wheat flour
120g greek yogurt
100g fruit (any of your choice)
Mix all ingredients together to make the batter, add water if the batter is thick . Pour desired quantity of batter on a non stick pan and spread it . Let it cook until both sides are browned . For the filling or icing use yogurt and berries If you want to make more filling and full of protein add one scoop whey (optional)
