Ingredients

Low fat paneer-50 g

Raw peanuts-20 g

Garlic pods -7-8

Light green chilies 2-3

Salt

Oil -3 g

Fresh coriander leaves

Lemon juice -1 /4 tsp

Method

Step 1

Roast peanuts on a hot pan till golden brown

Step 2

Brush oil on the same pan and roast green chilies and garlic pods

Step 3

Grind it together coarsely in pastel and mortar or grinder along with salt and fresh coriander leaves Squeeze some lemon juice - this chutney is called as thecha

Step 4

Now coat this thecha on paneer pieces And shallow fry it using nonstick pan Use silicone brush to apply oil of spray it
