Readymade Thai curry paste or homemade paste of 1/2 onion, 1/2 green chillies, 1/4 bunch coriander leaves, lemongrass one stalk, 1/4 inch ginger or galangal, 1 pod garlic, ground cumin and salt)
Finely chopped Mix veggies (Carrot/ Broccoli/, mushroom,/Soring onion) 100
Hakka Noodles 20 gm or rice 20 gm
Tofu 85 gm
Sauté spring onions along with the mix veggies.
Add a small quantity of Thai curry paste. If you do not have Thai curry paste prepare a paste of above mentioned Thai curry paste ingredients ,
Add the Hakka noodles.
Simmer for - minutes till noodles are soft and the soup is lightly thickened.
Add fresh silken tofu.
Enjoy hot.
