Poha:150 gm Mustard Oil:20 gm, Potato:100 gm, Peanut: 20 gm, Onion grated, green chillies, Mustard seeds, garam masala, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Dry roast or air fry the peanuts and keep it seperate. Clean the Poha and after removing the water, add some haldi and some lemon to it, mix well and keep it ready. In a pan, add some mustard oil and once the oil is heated add some Mustard seeds to it. After the few seconds, once the Mustard seeds have popped, add the chopped onions and green chilly to it. Let this mix cook for a couple of minutes. After this add the chopped potatoes to it, add some more oil and some salt as per taste. Also, add some curry leaves. Let the flame be on medium and let this cook for a while till the potato is well cooked. At this stage add the poha to this, add the remaining oil and let this cook for a while. Once the poha is cooked well, add the peanuts to this and let this be on the flame for some more time. Post this, check for salt, add some garam masala and add some coriander leaves just before removing the pan from the gas. The poha is ready to eat.
