* Matar(green peas) 100gm *Mixed veggies(cauliflower, carrot, onion,capsicum etc.) 100gm * Ghee/oil 5gm * Paneer 60gm * Coriander powder 1/2t spoon * Chat masala 1/2t spoon * Salt,Chilly powder,turmeric powder As per taste

Method

Step 1

Step- Heat ghee/oil and add / t spoon mustard & cumin seeds. Step- Add green peas, chopped veggies,salt ,turmeric powder and saute it. Step- cover the pan for min. Step- Add rest of the spices and paneer pieces. Step- Saute for min. and serve hot.
