Boil and squeeze out water from soya chunks. in a separate bowl add curd, besan, ginger garlic paste, salt, mustard oil, tandoori masala ,turmeric powder, and kasuri methi. mix well. add the soya chunks and mix well. keep it for marination for mins. add the mixture in air fryer and cook it in degree celcius for mins. don't forget to stir them in between. when they turn out crispy and brown take them out and enjoy with salad or laccha onion. tastes great. please try once you will love it .
