10 grams curd
150 grams Fish
Tandoori masala, Roasted cumin powder, black salt. Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
5 ml oil to sauté
Dry roast the besan and than mix Tandoori masala, black salt, roasted cumin powder ,salt , curd and lemon juice to it.
Marinate the fish in the above paste and than keep it in fridge for - hours.
Now sauté it on a non stick pan from both the sides.
Later grill it in oven or air fryer for the crunchy layer on top and juicy from inside.
