Butter - 5 gms(melted)

Method

Step 1

Make small cut in the chicken .Mix all spices and curd and marinade the chicken for min or more . OPTIONAL- Place a small bowl in the middle of the chicken pieces, add a burning charcoal, add ghee on top of the charcoal and cover the chicken with lid so that the smoke doesn’t escape . Brush with butter and Bake for min in a pre heated oven at degrees . Brush the remaining butter and Lower the temperature to degrees and bake for another min
