Besan 15 gms

Method

Step 1

-Blanch cut broccoli in boiling water for mins and strain. - Prepare marinade with curd, ginger garlic paste, grated cheese cube, besan and all dry spices to taste. - Mix Broccoli in the marinade - set aside for mins

Step 2

-Pre heat air fryer for mins at degrees -Place broccoli into the air fryer for mins at degrees. - Flip sides every - mins. - (You can brush oil onto the broccoli when flipping- Optional) - Serve hot
