Tamarind - 1/2 cup (soaked and pulp extracted)
Water - 1 to 1.5 cups
Stevia - 2-3 teaspoons
Red Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Take tamarind and soak it in warm water for - minutes.
Blend the soaked tamarind into a thick paste.
Pass the paste through a sieve to remove fibers and seeds.
Add water to adjust the consistency, then mix in stevia, red chili powder, and salt.
Cook the mixture on low heat for minutes.
Let it cool down, then store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
