2 whole wheat bread slice 5 gm butter 100 gm sweet potato 100 gm chopped carrot, capsicum and oinion. 10 gm mint coriander chutney. 10 gm sesame seeds
Boil sweet potato. In a bowl mash and add chopped veges of your choice. Add salt and pepper as per your taste. Mix well. Apply mint coriander chutney evenly on one side of bread and spread the mixed veges on the same. Sprinkle sesame seeds and toast both the side on low flame with butter. Ready to gulp!!
