1) Steamed sweet potato : 200gm 2) Whey protein (Vanilla in my case) : 25 gms 3) Double toned milk : 100 ml 4) Dryfruits (mixed) : 10 gms
) Steam sweet potato. ) Peal them and mash then properly. ) Take them in a pan, add double toned milk. ) Cook for - mins, add some water if required. ) Add the whey flavour you like (vanilla/strawberry/kulfi/masala milk etc) ) Mix well, add take out in serving plate. ) Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
