200 grams sweet potato, Oil-25gams, Rawa 20grams + rice flour 10 grams
Cut sweet potato into thin slices. . Cover all slices with some oil. . Sprinkle seasoning - turmeric,chilli Powder, chilli flakes, black pepper, cumin powder, salt. . Cover with semolina(sooji) and rice flour and keep it aside for some time.(-mins) . Take some oil in pan, shallow fry it and let it cook for few mins with lid closed.
