Sama rice - bhagar-25 g
Sabudana- 10 g
Sweet potato grated -100 g
Salt
green chilies -1/2
Ginger - half inch
Ghee -5 g
Cummin powder
Soak varai / Sama rice in water for hour
Grind ginger,sabudana and green chilies and add Sama rice and grind again
Grate sweet potatoes and add salt to it ,
Mix together all ingredients forming a loose dough
Heat appe pan and brush oil , put sweet potato mixture in the pan , roast from both sides
Serve hot with curd or green chutney
