200 gms paneer . 1 tablespoon chopped onion & 2 garlic minced 10 gms ghee, veggies 300 gms baby capsicums and fry spices - garam masala chilli powder salt etc some few strands of dhania
Heat up ghee add some jeera add chopped onions & minced garlic. After it’s sautéed add dry spices chopped dhania and grated paneer stir & mix well. Once it’s mixed well removed it into a plate let it cool down and stuff it in the capsicums and air fry it on degrees Celsius for - mins depending on the sizes of the capsicums.
