Coffee powder- 1 tsp
Chia seeds- 10gm
Milk low fat - 50ml
Whey raw - 35gm
Heat the water until it’s lukewarm and soak the chia seeds for about a minute or until it’s puffy.
In the mixer, add sweet strawberries, milk, chia flaxmeal, whey and coffee powder and churn it well until you get the shake!
Make sure that the strawberries are sweet enough!
