200 gram french beans
100 gram Paneer
10 gram oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli flakes
5 garlic cloves
40 gram raw rice
salt as per taste
Cut paneer into small strips and pan fry with gram of oil until it is cooked on both sides.
Into the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute, later add cleaned and chopped beans to it. Sauté for a minute, tsp water, cover and cook for -mins. Added water helps form steam, which will make the cooking process faster.
In a bowl, mix soya sauce, red chilli flakes, and salt, mix well.
Pour the sauce over the beans and add the paneer too. Stir-fry for - minutes, and add sesame seeds and chopped peanuts.
Cook for a minute and switch off the flame. Serve hot with steamed rice or just have it by itself.
