Chicken breast 225 gm Red and yellow bell pepper 50gm Capsicum green 50gm Mushrooms 50gm Dark Soya sauce 10gm Hot n sweet tomato sauce 10gm Chopped onion 1 small Mushrooms cut into halves and rest veggies also in big bulbs/chunks Oil any 5ml
Marinate chicken for minute By adding salt pepper red chilli and ml oil and half of soy sauce Take a cast iron or non stick pan and heat Now add chicken strips and cook both sides on medium flame for - minutes per side to avoid over dryness. (You can also sprinkle water if needed) Once done, take it off pan and in the same pan (without washing) add ml oil and add minced or chopped garlic Saute add mushrooms first as they take more time than others. In - minutes they will b done then add rest veggies and saute on medium to low flame well for - minutes while stirring occasionally now add both the sauces - soy sauce and hot n sweet tomato. Give it a good mix and cook for another minute. Now add spoons of water and cook for another minute if needed. (It depends how u like ur veggies cooked) they should be cooked yet crunchy for this recipe. Once done add back chicken cut into chunks. Remember sauces have salt so add accordingly. Mix and take off flame. Tadaa!!
