1.Rohu Fish(150gm)
2.Mustard Oil(10gm)
3.Curd (30gm)
4. Mustard & jira whole(1spoon each)
5.Poppy seeds(1tea spoon)
6.Turmeric & red chilli powder
7.Green chilies(3-4)

Wash the fish pieces properly and marinate with turmeric and red chilli powder properly,set it aside.
Add poppy seeds,mustard,jira to a blender jar ,add water as required and make it a fine paste.
Whisk curd to a smooth consistency.
Add the mustard paste,curd to marinated fish ,add salt and mix well. Then add the oil as well.Add the green chilies in the top.
Now transfer the mixture to a steel Tiffin and close it. In a big Kadhai add water then add that steel Tiffin, the water level should be in such a way that the Tiffin doesn’t float. Cover the lid and cook it for -mins.
Serve hot with rice.
