In a bowl take sprouts, spinach ,ginger and green chilli and grind it to a paste.
Now add besan, curd and salt and mix it well.
Grease the tray and pour this batter and steam it for minutes.
In a small pan take some oil heat it add curry leaves, red chillies and sesame seeds.
Pour this on your dhokla and cut it in to pieces and have it guilt free.
