Ingredients (10 cutlets): • 1 cup boiled rajma (170g) • ½ cup sprouted ragi ( soaked and sprouted) 60 gms • ½ cup soya granules 30gms • 1 medium boiled potato (150g, for binding) • 2 tbsp sattu/besan (20g) • 1 small onion, chopped • Green chili, ginger-garlic paste, coriander, spices • 2 tsp oil (for shallow fry)
Method: ️⃣ Soak soya in hot water mins, squeeze. ️⃣ Mash rajma + potato. ️⃣ Mix everything into dough. ️⃣ Shape into cutlets. ️⃣ Shallow fry till crisp golden.
