Sprouted Moong -1 bowl
Salted Peanuts- handful
Beet root - a quarter piece
Carrot - half of medium sized
Lemon juice -a teaspoon
Oregano- as per preference
Rock salt / black salt/ chaat masala - for seasoning
Boiled sweet corn- 2 to 3 tablespoon
Pomegranate pearls - 3/4 tablespoon
Wash all the raw veggies. In a medium sized bowl, add sprouted moong, grated carrot and grated beet root. Add to it lemon juice, salt and oregano. Add pomegranate pearls. Lastly, add boiled sweet corn (optional) and salted peanuts for crunch. I like to add a spoon full of veg diet mayonnaise, which can be optional. My kid likes it with a little ketchup and bhujiya sev added. Sprouted Moong salad is ready which is crunchy and healthy.
